Act against Belagavi Cantonment Board for delaying water works, say MLAs 
The conflict between Belagavi City Corporation (BCC) and Belagavi Cantonment Board (BCB) came to the fore yet again over development works. People of Belagavi are facing a huge shortage of water, especially during the summer. The city has water sources, but supply chain is the problem. To improve it, the work of laying pipelines is underway in the city. It requires laying pipelines in the 4-km area of the BCB. However, BCB is sitting on the file for the past eight months, delaying the work.
