7,000 students told to vacate Dharwad hostels for youth festival delegates 
About 7,000 students, residing in universities and government hostels, will have to vacate their hostels for nine days to accommodate participants and officials that arrive from across the country to participate in the 5-day National Youth Festival that will be inaugurated by Prime Minister Narendra Modi on January 12.
