55 polluted river stretches in Maharashtra
A senior official of the Central Pollution Control Board (CPCB) on Saturday said an action plan had been readied and approved to ensure infrastructure for treatment of domestic sewage in cities, which is one of the major reasons of rising pollution in the rivers.
