4 held for reckless driving, fined Rs 25,000 in Noida
Four youths were arrested on Friday for recklessly driving a black Mahindra Scorpio on the Noida-Greater Noida Expressway. A short video circulated on social media showed the SUV with tinted glasses being driven zig-zag along the expressway near Dalit Prerna Sthal at 6.58pm on Thursday.
