308 fined in 72 hours for not wearing seat belts
As many as 308 persons have been penalized in the past 72 hours for not wearing seat belts either while driving a car or travelling in its front seat. The development comes after joint CP (traffic) Rupesh Kumar on Monday ordered to prosecute anyone found not wearing seat belts while sitting in the front seat.
