20% cabs in Pune & Pimpri converted into private vehicles
Around 15-20% of cabbies operating in Pune and Pimpri Chinchwad have changed their vehicles from commercial to private in the past two years to get a better resale value from them, Regional Transport Office (RTO) officials said.
